Jeju exists for sea wind and citron tea. Cycling around the island, every few kilometers brings another stretch of coastline worth stopping for.
Unlike Busan or Seoul, Jeju moves so slowly it almost seems still. Cafes open beside the sea, and the owner’s cat sleeps on the windowsill until three in the afternoon.
Here I learned something: not every trip needs an “attraction.” Sometimes it is enough to sit on the shore, eat a tangerine, and listen to the waves strike the stones again and again.
